I haven’t bought a lot of clothes so far this year, tops and pants, but I have acquired this awesome red and beige bird cape from eBay. It’s high in the front and low at the back.
And I finally scored my second Camilla piece, the Rites of Tropicana cape. Not as good as I thought it would be, the material is no better than other capes and kimonos I’ve bought from other brands and other places. It does go well with a kaftan I own though, as seen below.

I love birds! These capes are really cool; the red one is kind of retro, and the multi-colored one screams vacation! They’re both so versatile; I look forward to see how you style them! That’s interesting that you haven’t bought much clothing this year. I haven’t either, having purchased my last piece (just a tee shirt) two months ago. What’s more, I’m trying to wear everything in my closet before shopping again. So far it’s been a really fun experiment, forcing me to create combinations I wouldn’t have otherwise thought of.

Same here Tote. I look at clothes now and go, nah, I don’t need that. I stick to what I’ve got or only sparkly pieces.
