Last year I bought what was meant to be a multi coloured moon necklace from eBay. What arrived was quite disappointing. Not only was it blue and not the multi coloured one from the picture, but the moon was actually put on the pendant hanger back to front, which meant, I could not wear it. Opening the hanger to switch it around would have meant breakage, so I simply opened the hanger and removed the moon which I will put to use in the future. I know these things happen, and thank God I got a refund, but they are unwearable in these conditions.
