WIN A SUNSHINE COAST SANCTUARY
We’re back on the Sunshine Coast with a beach house and a Tesla Model 3 valued at over $4.5 million.
Million-dollar 180° panoramic ocean views, a wellness studio by the magnificent pool and heated spa, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (+ powder room) and plenty of spaces to entertain.
Just steps from the beach and minutes from the trendy boutiques, cafes and restaurants of Peregian Square, this gorgeous beach house offers both life and style. Plus, with a Tesla Model 3, electric positively carefree.
Tickets are available from the RSL Art Union website here.
On a personal note…
It looks beachy, laidback, and relaxing, but once again, the master is too small, the entrance is a living area with pool table and chairs, and the wellness/fourth bedroom doesn’t have a shower. That’s not considerate of needs.
I have to wonder about the architects for these houses. Do they even consider the size of many families these days, or even the cost of living expenses to run these houses?
RSL, if you see this, maybe consider running them on solar panels (although I do see some on the roof, is that for the house or the car?), giving the future owners more space per feet, design proper houses where there is no space left unused, etc. With the times the way they are, we need to utilise everything. Space, power, energy. Less garden, more footage in building.
I agree that more living space beats a big yard. Also, Teslas are so fancy I’d be afraid to drive one!
