Have you ever won something in an online auction, be it eBay, Grays Online or some other place, and excitedly awaited its arrival, then when it arrives you rip open the parcel and pull out what you’ve been waiting for only to find it’s not what you ordered. Or in the right colour, or something completely different.

I hate that!

Then you have to email them and they might want you to send it back but that would cost you more money and you can’t guarantee that it will get there or you will get your money back. And they lie to you and say they will reimburse you for the shipping but don’t, etc, etc, etc

Ugh! The perils of shopping online!
