At a time when I’ve been been handwriting every song lyric, novel, and story forever, it has slowly come around to making the desicion to stop handwriting them and simply type them from scratch.
My hand is tired, my brain is tired, and I need to cut a layer of work out from my schedule. I cannot hand write novels taking three A4 120 page notebooks in length, anymore. Those days are over, and it’s time to speed things up. Besides, I type faster than I write, and it will save me on pens and notebooks, and money, although I do still have a massive supply of both pens and notebooks. Just not money…
Oh well, I’ll just have to find another use for all of them.
So, hopefully, this holiday I will be finishing off this year’s novel on the laptop.
I have scheduled four book review blog posts throughout the next two weeks. All of the 25+ books I binged over the holiday period, so you’ll get to see what I read, and what I think, even though I won’t be here.

I hope your writing retreat was productive! I’m sure it was, as you already figured out what works for you, i.e. typing instead of hand writing right off the bat. On that, ahem, note, I’m sure you’ll find plenty of uses for all those notebooks. 🙂
