Last week I made a hotpot of Colonial Farm’s Flame Grilled meatballs, McCains vegetables and Raguletto Pasta Sauce. The balls are amazing, made with real Aussie beef they taste so good and I’ve had them many times, just not in a hot pot.
So after putting the balls into my big soup pot I emptied out all the almost empty jars of mayonnaise and old tomato sauce jars.
After they had cooked for a few minutes I put a one kilo bag of veggies into the mix.
A few minutes of mixing and boiling I poured in the Raguletto Pasta Sauce
About 20 minutes or so later it’s ready!
Nice and steamy for a cold winter day.
I tend to have cheese on everything. Tasty shredded and nothing else. This was one of the absolute easiest meals I’ve ever made, beside microwave meals that is, all I needed to do was pour three things into a pot and empty out some jars for added flavour. I didn’t even add salt or pepper due to all the flavours in the balls and sauce.
