Step 13, unlucky for some, is the final step in How To Audit Your Wardrobe and Update Your Style in Two Days.
Once you’ve uncluttered your life and are feeling light and free it’s time to shop.
Yes, shop!
Shop for all those clothes you actually need and some you want to add to the specialness of your closet. Keep your list in your bag at all times for either that special shopping day or whenever you are able to pop into a shop. And if you can’t find what you want instore then go online.
Base your wardrobe around your lifestyle and make it all your own. Make it all about you; make it all about your style and live your life to its fullest!
I agree with you on the power of the purge! I recently rid my closet of a ton of stuff that was either worn out or never quite right. I ended up filling three trash bags to donate.
Also, I love the last line of your post: “Base your wardrobe around your lifestyle and make it all your own. Make it all about you; make it all about your style and live your life to its fullest!” It’s great advice; one’s wardrobe should be functional and fun!

Absolutely Tote!
My purge started last November and is still going as I’m doing half a house. I’m up to 6 big boxes of clothes, shoes, stuff, cds, and I’m still going. Haven’t made it to the op shop because I don’t feel as if I’m done yet, I’m still going and only when I feel it’s enough, then I’ll donate.
I also realised over xmas and new year that my tastes are changing and I no longer want black clothes, so I’m culling those and just want pretty coloured stuff that makes me happy and makes me look good. Which is why kimonos and caftans are finding their way into my wardrobe.
