My Jewel Divas webstore is two weeks old today!
The years I spent slogging my guts out trying to sell and keep up with the ridiculous Magento backend of my website was too time consuming and overwhelming. I was unable to keep across it in any way, shape or form, let alone figure out how it worked or what I would do if God forbid someone bought something, it was all nothing but a waste of my energy and time.
Madeit was started back in 2007, and I had certainly not heard of it back in 2009 when I first got my business going. If I had, I would have been trying that first. Or at the very least, figured out I should have set up a selling site on my blog.
I’m glad for it today.
It takes so much stress off my shoulders when so many others are piling up every single day. Between my phone companies getting tetchy and my ABN being cancelled, I have a lot of stress to deal with.
I’m glad I don’t have to figure out how to set it up, run it, work it or use it. It’s all very simple, and while websites like Madeit and Etsy offer an amazing opportunity for designers like me, the only problem is finding a site compatible with your level of design ability, the amount of products you have to sell, and the amount of money you can afford in fees every month is you don’t at first sell anything. Right now, Madeit is a great choice for me.
My Jewel Divas webstore is loaded full of glamorous and amazing pieces you will die to own.
