PLACES I WANT TO GO: Queensland’s Sunshine Coast

When I was 7, part of my family moved from South Australia to Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. We started at the Bli Bli caravan park across from the Fairytale Castle
and then moved to Cotton Tree.
Then to Buderim.
Then to Alexandra Headlands
Then to Maroochydore
Then back to Buderim before moving back to S.A. Below are the Glasshouse mountains, found between the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

Gorgeous! You’re so lucky to live in such an amazing, exotic country. My fiance has always wanted to visit Australia. I do, too, but am a little more squeamish about the flight.

It’s funny, those of us born and bred here don’t think it is, whereas other countries or cities, NY, LA, London, Paris, do seem exotic to us.
